Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused
* Item must be in original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, you are eligible for a free reshipment or full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
